My only complaint was they charged me an additional hour for 25 minutes and even stated they gave a 15 minute grace period. So, in essence, I was charged an additional hour for 10 minutes.

I HIGHLY recommend this moving company! They carefully disassembled, moved, and packed our furniture in a U-Haul. Plus, their communication before the move was top notch. I'll be suggesting them to friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again
