When they came out, they discovered they had no furniture pads. The driver called someone to tell them I would come pick them up. I got to the Rogers store where they were supposed to come from, and they told me they had none, but they would sell me some. I drove to Spring dale and got them, this cost me 2 hours of time, I would like to request a refund for those 2 hours, since this wasn't my fault and I had to do all the work to get them.
