The owner did call me several times which I was thankful for- but they were over 2 hours late. I’ve moved several times and this seems to happen often when booking through U-Haul. Even 2 hours makes it difficult when you still have to finish cleaning the house you are moving from and drive several hours to get to a new location with another move scheduled. The young man and lady were excellent. I did however have many broken lids on my totes due to weight.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company should not be listed on U-Haul's website at all, terrible experience. I pre-paid $300 for 2 men for 3 hours starting at 10 AM. When nobody had showed up I started trying to call the number for the company that was provided to multiple times to see why nobody had showed up and nobody ever answered the phone so I could not contact them, I finally got a hold of someone at U-Haul but they told me they couldn't assist me since this was a third party issue. Finally about an hour and half late one of the movers texted me and said they were running late and he was trying to get ahold of the other helper. He was the only one that ended up showing up and did all the work himself, I forgot the gentleman's name but he did a great job. This was a multiple stop move and I had already loaded everything at the first stop so he meet me at the second stop and worked 2 hours. I paid for 2 men for 3 hours and what I received was 1 man for 2 hours!
