The Muscle Mover group (4 helpers) were hired to load our U-Haul 26' Truck for a 4 hour job on Tuesday, February 27 in Sallisaw, OK. They arrived on time, four younger men who were strong and worked hard. However, after 3 hours they declared they were finished, lamenting they didn't have straps or the 'right boxes' in order to pack things 'as they wanted.' I've worked with loaders other times and none of them asked for straps before. I supplied straps and the young man in charge griped about not having them until the end. Instead of insisting they work the final hour and 'Fix' the problems, I sent them home because I didn't have confidence in them. The biggest problem came with our piano move. The piano was loaded near the back door in the middle of the truce with straps across the front. The brace holding the rear wheels was broken off across the entire back and bottom. I'd love to get my money back for the Piano fee.
