This is the second time to use Platinum. I would recommend them though, this move, there appeared to be some friction among the team. One mover appeared with sagging pants and seemed to not want to be there and the manager appeared frustrated. Despite these observations and occassional awkward moments, they still treated my mom's move just like my prior experience. Items were unloaded and they even put together my mom's bed to make sure she was comfortable for her first night in the house. And I would still recommend them.
