These movers destroyed brand new flooring when they moved my washer and dryer into the laundry room. They never once let me know they ruined it (even if it was an accident). I found it when I hired a plumber to connect the appliances. They got rid of a very expensive comforter (Calif. King) with weights in it to help with my spinal cord injury muscle spasms (cost was originally over $250.00). The packing blankets are gray and my comforter is gray, may have been mixed in with them, but any professional would be able to see the difference and notice the extra comforter in there did not belong to U-Haul. Again when I reached out, no response. Tons of broken and damaged antiques and fragile items with boxes thrown upside down even though boxes were clearly visible. I emailed Cal and requested a claim form (that’s all to start with). Never heard back from him. Very unprofessional, no courtesy, he got his money, he couldn’t care less what’s damaged or missing! Don’t use this company!
