Mr. Hopkins and the crew were incredible. They managed to pack up and organize two storage units into one U-haul truck. I didn’t think it could be done but they figured it out. Great communication. Very friendly. Will definitely hire again!

We paid for 3 hours but they worked from 8:15 to 10:15am. They left a lot of room in the van in awkward areas, broken several chairs, walked on the mattresses leaving foot prints. I have a video showing how the van was packed. Requesting a refund of the last hour plus damages.

Nigel and Robert were top notch from start to finish. This is our 5th big move and they were the best team I've ever worked with, by far. Large, heavy furniture down a tight stairway and they never blinked or complained. Handled our stuff with care and respect, and not even one scratch on anything
