These movers were pleasant and accommodating when I asked for help with organizing things similar to they way they had been in the previous unit. I appreciated their professionalism and would hire them again. I would just suggest that a text the previous day to confirm would have been helpful. Great job!

The point of contact was responsive when confirming the reservation details and start time. We reserved two movers for two hours. On the day of the move, I reached out to the point of contact 15 minutes after the scheduled time since no one had arrived. He promptly responded and one mover ended up arriving 45 minutes late. He was polite and helpful. Unfortunately the point of contact could not find a replacement for the second mover who did not show up. The point of contact was agreeable to refund half of the amount paid since only one mover arrived. Overall, everything worked out in the long run, but having to manage the logistics of moving and hired movers was not ideal.

On our move-in 18 months prior they were very good. This was our move-out and they were very slow, required more time than we had initially contracted, and made poor use of the space. My husband had to go back in and rearrange things on the truck in order to continue fitting our belongings in there (even with the extra time they were not able to finish loading up our two bedroom apartment). Once we arrived at our new destination even the unloaders commented that the space had not been utilized efficiently. Nice guys, but we could not recommend them again this time.
