The movers were nice. They were however moving too quickly and not following the instructions. They stacked heavier boxes on top of lighter boxes containing breakable items. The order in which the furniture was moved in was such that items were placed in the way of items that needed to be brought in later. I ended up having to move some of the furniture myself after they left as everything was a jumbled mess coming of the truck. I only used 2 of the 4 hours of the time I reserved. It would be nice if customers could get refunded for the time they don't use, especially if it is a result of the movers moving too quickly and not following instructions.
