Cal and Angel were very professional. They asked what we specifically wanted done and got to work right away. They moved some really heavy furniture down from our second story and worked to place it into the storage cubes just how we wanted it.

These movers destroyed brand new flooring when they moved my washer and dryer into the laundry room. They never once let me know they ruined it (even if it was an accident). I found it when I hired a plumber to connect the appliances. They got rid of a very expensive comforter (Calif. King) with weights in it to help with my spinal cord injury muscle spasms (cost was originally over $250.00). The packing blankets are gray and my comforter is gray, may have been mixed in with them, but any professional would be able to see the difference and notice the extra comforter in there did not belong to U-Haul. Again when I reached out, no response. Tons of broken and damaged antiques and fragile items with boxes thrown upside down even though boxes were clearly visible. I emailed Cal and requested a claim form (that’s all to start with). Never heard back from him. Very unprofessional, no courtesy, he got his money, he couldn’t care less what’s damaged or missing! Don’t use this company!

These two young men Khalid and Angel I would go through them again and again this is a life experience for them starting out the moving and they made a life experience for me my family and all I can say is U-Haul done a great job by telling me that they're good and I'm sure glad that I went against their opinion of not trying to perform because when I chose them they've been nothing but blessings they helped me my family and it got really sick with a bunch of overwhelming stuff like family issues when moving and they still stuck through it there these guys will always respect you they always help you and they'll always always treat you good I say this from the bottom of my heart in Jesus Christ name and name amen that knows I ain't lying thank you Khalid and Angel for helping us move you guys been very great with us and we will use you again always
