I worked with Matt and Dante. These gentlemen definitely showed up to work, even though my move was simplified. I had a lot of loose items that were out of box and they used a down stack strategy to prevent movement in the movie truck. It Worked wonderfully. They were careful with some of our valuable appliances and we ended up with no scratches

Unloading service only. Overall they are adequate. Dresser mirror smashed (by loading movers in NM) Matt the lead mover, said he took a picture of it and would text it to me that evening. Contacted Matt April 4th & 5th, 2024 to request picture of shattered mirror. His continued silence is unprofessional and maddening - and feels dishonest. I now believe he never took a picture. Would not re-hire based on how Matt has conducted himself by not following through on what he said he would do and not responding to my text.
