Jim and his partner were outstanding from start to finish. He checked in before the moving day and helped me estimate how much room I would need. On the day of the move, they were very professional, friendly, and careful with our contents. Everything was packed secure, nothing was damaged, and they finished working their allotted time. During the loading a damage happened on door. Manger of building charged me 150. Jim agreed to repair but manager did not accept and said only authorized person can repair it. Eventually Jim paid 75 and I paid 75 for damage
