The moving service was excellent. First of all, the communication and coordination were outstanding. We exchanged several emails and text messages, and they were very patient in helping me confirm the exact time. They even advised me that U Haul locations are busier than usual and that I might experience delays. That guidance was extremely helpful. I went to the U-Haul office half an hour early in the morning so I could be first in line, if I hadn’t gone early, at least twelve people would have been ahead of me. The helpers arrived on time and loaded everything carefully and safely. They arranged the items from heavy to light, placed the fragile boxes in the Mom’s Attic, secured everything with ratchet straps, and followed all my instructions. Because of their nice work, the entire load stayed completely stable throughout the trip. From Vancouver to Victoria, not a single box shifted at all.
