My experience with the two movers from Go Movers LLC in California was generally positive. While they were slightly late, they were courteous enough to call and inform me in advance, which I appreciated. They handled the loading of my Uhaul efficiently, and I was pleased to find that none of my items were damaged during the move. There was a payment issue after the move, but it was promptly resolved by the owner, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would recommend their services for a reliable and smooth moving experience.

We booked our mover based on their positive reviews over others that were available. Within an hour or two of booking the owner called me and told me he could do 1pm or 4 as his team had a job prior to the 4pm and would be there between 330-4pm. We chose that as we wouldn't be at the place until after 2pm. 4 o clock rolls around, and no one arrives. 421pm comes and I get a call saying that the team was sitting in traffic coming from San Francisco, driving to San Jose, I was told their job would be over at 3 and arrive by 4, which is not possible driving that distance. I was told they would be there soon as they had been sitting in traffic for a while. No word until 537 where I got a frantic call saying one of the movers was in an accident and the owner did not know what to do. He kept saying that he would do what it took to keep me happy, even doing the job for free if I left a good review. Said the mover would be there in 3 minutes, but did not show up for almost another 20. Don't use
