The team and service received was exceptional - they maximized the space in the truck like pros. However communication with the company beforehand was deeply lacking. They never contacted me after booking the service - I reached out myself and confirmed a specific time - they told me they would reach out again before the move date. After calling and emailing several times before and day of, it wasn’t until 15 minutes before the scheduled moving time that I received confirmation that the team was coming. It added a lot of unnecessary anxiety to an already stressful move. But four stars overall because the service was great otherwise.
