I verified the move time with the company 3 weeks prior as well as the day before. The day of the move my husband and I drove 5 hours to get to the storage unit and was told the rain delayed them and they would be an hour late. That would have been fine, however an hour turned into 3.5 hours that we sat in our car waiting for them to arrive so we could get our things loaded into the moving truck and drive another 5 hours back home. Not only were they not on time, and kept lying about what time they would be there for over 3 hours, but they also broke our storage cabinet valued at $200. The owner stated he would ‘split the cost’ of the cabinet with us but we have yet to hear anything from him. I would not hire them again.

These guys know what they’re doing. Loaded my truck like they mastered a game of Tetris. Pouring down rain and it didn’t stop their efficiency. So appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend!

Overall very satified with the service. My only (major) complaint is that they accidentally broke the glass top of an end table and I'm finding it quite expensive to replace.
