The communication was very poor. This job was done 3 working days late . No follow up until last day - only one person showed up instead of 2. He was a workhorse and got work done in less than an hour, but there should have been two to muscle a washer and dryer set out of a second floor and take a new set back up. ( I tipped the mover directly be cause he did the extra work alone) The company is not getting a tip
