The actual move date was Jan 4. My 5 stars are strictly limited to the two people who loaded my pods. They were excellent. Great workers. However, the UHaul company delivered very crappy unsuitable wooden pods that were falling apart. I reserve the right to recoup any damages due to inadequate pods that were supposed to be discontinued. UHaul employees great! UHaul pods not so great so far. We'll see how things survive the trip on the other end in Madison, WI

The one mover I got was unprofessional. Did some things in front of my friend that was clearly uncalled for. Then, they decided to take a lunch break without informing us while we were waiting at the new location. Because we went over the allotted time, they had us pay in cash instead which is bad business practice. I ended up moving again the following week and used a different company.

Had to bring in moving help when it turned out we were in WAY over our heads trying to load our 20' truck on our own. Mark and John Carlos were able to come within a couple hours of me submitting the request on Uhaul's site and took over, reorganized, made recommendations, and got us re-situated. For that I am super super grateful. Thank you guys!
