We loved the hard work and effort that the movers tried really hard to put everything in one container, but would have been better to have the loading more professionally done. Wanted to cover and wrap some furnitures with the given blanket, but didn't have right time to do that. Overall not bad, but I think I had higher expectations for handling the furnitures. Also it took longer than expected.

It would have been much easier if they had brought both boxes at once so that we could load them with a good sense of how much space the other one had, and wouldn’t have lost over 1 hour in the middle. My building only gave us a 2 hour window to book the elevator, and that wasn’t possible with the big gap in the middle. If it’s not possible for JSM to deliver both at the same time, it would still be better to communicate that when customers book.

JSM made our move really easy and painless. They knew exactly what they were doing in delivering the U-Boxes, packing them up like tetris wizards to get everything to fit and then getting them back to the Uhaul location in time for shipping. There was even some space left in the third box, and I'd been so worried we'd need more than three boxes. They were friendly and professional, and took care of all our stuff. My husband and I are moving from California to Wisconsin, and they made this part of the move as low stress as it could have possible been. It was a huge relief, and I'm really grateful to them for everything.

James and the other mover (I apologize for forgetting his name!) were exceptional and did a thorough and fast job packing our U-Haul boxes. There were a couple mistakes that I noted to Selena in case we find that our items were damaged from being dropped or slightly mishandled (our dresser, our kitchen table, and a desk chair) but I think some of that is expected when handling such heavy items. Moving is always stressful but JSM Moving Services made it as easy as it could have been! We tipped $100 in cash for their amazing job!
