William’s communications with customers could use some help. The crew he sent to my home to help me load our u-boxes was great. They came 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and was efficient, professional and helped me complete the task I hired them to do. Thank you Martin, and the others. Job well done!

The guy who showed up to transfer the U Box was complaining about how much gas it was taking to haul the u pod to the house and back, but that was what he was getting paid for, as well as he was asking for the money in cash to pay for the move and all he did was drive the pod back and forth (due to mistake on u-haul part) even though I had paid for delivery and packing service and they didn't have a chance to do the packing service part because of the mix up, very unprofessional and just ended up counting the cost of the 'job' as a loss since he didn't seem very trustworthy.

I would NOT recommend hiring this moving company. I hired this mover based on their 5-star reviews, which is misleading. The owner sent a very young man (21 years old) and another male minor (17 years old), both were very small in stature. The movers were clearly inexperienced and unprepared. I needed them to move my new furniture from a U-Haul, into my 2nd floor apartment on April 19, 2023 in Barstow, CA. They struggled to carry the furniture up the stairs and damaged some of my furniture. Both dresser legs on the left side were broken off and my leather loveseat was ripped. I purchased this furniture less than 3 months ago. We called William (the owner) to tell him about the damages, and he said that he wasn’t going to take the job because his workers had to drive over 100 miles to get to my apartment. For him to say this was irrelevant, as he did take the job. Honestly, If he hadn’t taken this job, I would have called another mover. That would not have been an issue for me

Paid $300 extra to get a gun safe moved. Movers didn't even bring an appliance dolly. Through dumb luck and lots of muscles (to include my own) we managed to get it successfully moved.
