I rented 24 uhaul pads for my move, especially since I have a white couch. The movers used 6 pads and none were used on my white couch. My pristine white couch is completely ruined. They didn't protect the couch at all and had it laying directly in the dirty truck cargo area. Idiots.

Literally the BEST movers , couldn’t get same day but they had someone sent out first thing the next morning, they even arrived early ! Brought in heavy furniture to the second floor with no damage and no hesitation, finished in less than an hour. So grateful for this company couldn’t have done it without them.
