When I booked, I booked three movers for 2 hours. Before the move, I confirmed with the company 2-3 times that I needed to have three movers. Day of the move there are only two guys. I inquire about the third mover and was basically told that he forgot I requested three movers. He did end up calling a third mover, and the guy came when there was about 45 minutes left of the two hours. The move went over 30 minutes, and I was charged an additional $100 for the move going over the allotted time. If the third mover would have been there from the beginning, the move would have been completed within the two hours. All of the movers were great, but I did not like having to come out of pocked an additional $100 for something that was not my fault.
