The movers broke several pieces of furniture during the loading process. One was on the phone all the time. I ended up having to go through uhaul to have items replaced because the movers wanted to try to repair the furniture, which could not be done. The way they loaded the truck also ended up breaking another piece of furniture that they leaned a sleeper sofa against. Never use Rapid Movers.

Rapid Movers helped me last minute to get the job done, quickly, the movers were very professional and friendly, the truck got packed in an organized pattern that made unloading super . The admin stayed in contact and followed thru .Would definitely recommend.

It was almost criminal how they stacked the stuff in my storage shed. Plenty of room but they put it in their so carelessly I cannot get to anything now. Wish I had done it myself. Hire someone elss.
