Movers showed up on time on a snowy day. They helped shovel the snow from around the u-haul container before moving items in the box. They even helped take apart furniture. Very helpful and kind.

upon getting to our destination 900 miles away and then unloading what was clearly very poorly packed truck . when unloading we found both of our nice leather recliners had wholes in them , a mirror was broken , a glass framed picture was broken ,many pieces of furniture had deep gouges in them from rubbing against other items for 900 miles. Not even to mention numerous scratches dent and dings all over.
