We ended up having to completely reload the items they put in our truck. It was not strategically loaded and looked like they just threw some items in. I asked them to prioritize specific items which was completely disregarded leaving several heavy items unmoved when they ran out of time and were unable to extend. They did not bring anything to help move the boxes or furniture, and moved slower than any mover services I have ever experienced. Nice guys, but nice doesn’t get the job done. Extremely disappointed.

It would be helpful had they brought a dolly to more easily load the pod. Not having one slowed them down quite a bit. It was not quite clear to us that we could not extend their time on an hourly basis.

Abbas and Dean were excellent, extremely helpful and quick but most importantly took extreme care of the furnitures. Highly recommend!

Jacob and helper were 30-60 min delayed to start from the initial agreed time. It worked out due to delay with truck rental. They were prompt to load truck and while we most definitely appreciated the hourly(timed) help - they didn't complete the entirety of the move. While requesting the payment code and stating there were only 8 totes left at unloading (trusting their word) it turned out to be 17. My mistake for not verifying visually and having to scramble to find additional moving help while on a timed rental. No recourse once payment code released and tip wasprovided prior to realization smh. BOOK WITH HYPERAWARENESS.

Dean and Cody went above and beyond to move my boxes from a storage unit and pick up a VERY HEAVY reclining loveseat from a house! And all with professionalism and a smile. I would definitely hire them and their manager, Jacob, again.
