I highly recommend Dan, Don and Star Transit. They were immensely helpful during a difficult move. Most impressive was how talented they were at organizing the items inside a huge moving truck. They packed the space efficiently. They were professional, kind and careful. Five stars+

We booked this company because of the good reviews. However, they insisted on taking the legs off our kitchen table to fit it in the truck. In doing so, one of the legs completely snapped and is not replaceable. They did not inform us of this at all and let us discover it on our own. When I found out after unloading the truck, I called Danny and we agreed on a refund for the cost of the move due to the table being worth more than the cost of the move. I was then met with a slew of phone calls and texts negotiating with me and telling me the other mover denied breaking the table, that the table was old (it is 3 years old and was purchased brand new), that the legs were weak (the table is solid wood). He then called me while I was at work to negotiate further despite us agreeing on a resolution. I finally got a partial refund and was told I’d receive the rest in exchange for a 5 star review, and was told to keep my opinions to myself. Would not recommend, hire at your own risk.
