The actual, packing and moving part were excellent when they finally happened. The crew was coming from over two hours away to my house and had a job immediately prior more than three hours from my home. Excellent communication would have been expected, but was not. I then ended up in the after hours interminable hold with Uhaul trying to see when somebody would be coming to pack my U box. The next day they did arrive and did a very nice job of doing the packing.

The helpers showed up an hour and half later then committed to changing their arrival time. Three different times prior, and filled up completely exhausted and no motivation not wanting to be there with it being 730 pm Started to snow after about 50 minutes, said that due to bad tyres and the weather that he had to leave, call the dispatch person immediately give them and dispatch both the payment code and was told they would return to finish the next day. I do keep truck rental for an extra day for them to never show up to finish the hour they owed following night which led into another night Rental, next day me and my boys finish loading and taking it down and unloading and returning truck with a bill.

I ended up not using them because they wanted me to pay them extra money and I kept saying I already have a job code and they tried three times to collect money from me prior to even starting any job we were just trying to chat about the job the next day.
