Rohan and his team was very helpful. They ran into a bit of traffic which happens but he was sure to inform me of his delay. He was very communicative through the day and punctual. The storage unit unfortunately was smaller than advertised. And we had to quickly change a few things which they were able to adapt to the changes being made and followed directions. They were able to move everything with little to no damage.the only thing I saw get any damage was my heavy mattress which I have yet to see any one move it in the four times I moved it with out damaging it so. Despite all that. They got the job done effectively and efficiently.and finished on time within the time frame. Would use them again if they are ready to move it again.
