John and Steve were extremely professional, respectful, and hard-working. I had a few large and heavy pieces and they took it all in stride. Mary the moving coordinator was also great, very responsive. I realized the night before my move that I had more stuff than originally thought, adding an extra hour of time on was no problem. I am so pleased and would use Moving Day S&A again anytime in a heartbeat. I tipped in cash (vs using the app).
