I have 5 years experience in moving. I also got experience in loading and unloading trucks and the most important thing, is reliable and affordable!
Felix and Kevin were outstanding. They even contacted us to see if they could come 30 minutes earlier. They were both extremely friendly and communicated with us throughout the unloading to be sure they put items into the correct room. Nothing was damaged and not a single mark on any walls. We highly recommend them. We are renting this home for a year in the Villages with the plan to buy a home here in the future. We will definitely hire Felix and Cardinal Directions Moving to load and unload when that time comes.

This is the 2nd time I have used Felix and his assistant to help load for a move. He is great with communicating, confirming time and let me know when he was on his way to start the job. The job ran a bit longer than expected, and Felix was very accommodating with allowing me to extend the time and pay the difference. That was very much appreciated. Very professional and punctual, I would highly recommend. Tipped in cash - great service.

Felix was very communicative throughout the process of scheduling U Box pick up and delivered on time to my apartment on the scheduled day. He even helped me unload it although I had not included that in the original service request. Would definitely use this service again.
