Leader Ibrahim sent movers to the wrong address despite multiple attempts from me to ensure they had the right address on file. On the day of the move, the men texted asking if they could arrive later. Then when they finally arrived at my apartment complex they followed someone else through the gate and were waiting at the wrong location despite my asking for them to be sure to call my name on the box so I could lead them to my apartment. He ended up sending a third mover over to attempt to accommodate for the lateness but all 3 movers were unwilling to be of much assistance. Unlike other movers I have contracted through MovingHelp these boys and their manager did not go above and beyond nor did they meet expectations. They mentioned they couldn't help with any assembly which I immediately reached out to their manager about considering I knew I had mentioned unload and unpack on my request. He was unhelpful. The movers helped with simple things and left with over 30 min on the clock.

Arrived on time! Super professional! I ordered wrong size truck and they went the extra mile to break down furniture and wrap it to make it fight in the truck for one trip. I always have nightmare experiences with companies here in Florida but they were great. Will be using them for every move.
