I was out of state, so my sister met him at the storage unit. He was on time. Loaded 2 boxes in 1.5 hours. I was told by U-Haul I had two guys coming so she could get back to work quickly, but only one showed up. That was not his fault. My sister said she thinks he did a good job. She was in her car working by phone.

Marcus was wonderful, he communicated with me a couple of days prior to delivery. He was thorough, looked at what I had to load and got it all in. That UBox was packed like sardines! Nothing should move. I would definitely recommend his services. He had his own dolly and furniture pads too.

The guys were definitely quick with loading and unloading. The lack of communication came when they apparently thought we were done loading but not entirely. They didn't ask me (the point of contact) if we were done. They closed the truck down and left. We still had time on the clock at the 1st location, as well. We got to the unloading location before them and they left a bit before us (because we weren't ready yet). They stopped for food which took longer than expected, according to them. All good, but they didn't communicate any of that to me. I texted them asking if they had issues finding the address. They didn't respond, but just showed up. Unloading went fine and quick. Unfortunately, my family didn't allow the movers to really do what they were paid to do. That's not the movers fault at all. Anyway, overall they were very helpful. If communication was better, that would have been great.
