I was closing on my new house on the 4th, I called and spoke with Megan and asked if it would be okay to push back the time by 30 minutes. She said it was no problem. When I got to my house I received a text from her that said she has no one that can do the job. She did work very hard to find someone. A guy showed up, (I don't know his name) he took a half a dozen small things out of the U-Haul and then said that he was leaving because the guy that was supposed to work with him wasn't coming and he couldn't do the job himself. He also said he wasn't getting paid for the job. At 1hr and 45 min the owner of the company told the movers that they were done. I hired them for 3 hours. The owner said that he was told by the guy the previous day that I treated him weirdly (I didn't say more than 3 words to the guy). The owner told me he could pull the guys any time he wanted because they were doing me a favor. They weren't doing me a favor! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Megan was great!!

The guy that was heading the packing of my move smelled like he just stepped out of a room that was filled with pot, his eyes were so red you couldn't see the whites of them. I called and spoke with Megan and she spoke to the guy and he said he wasn't smoking. I know what pot smells like. My tall dresser was laid down on it's side with nothing under it and it scraped the side on the top. I showed the movers where the blankets were and they didn't use them.

The guys did an excellent job, and they brought their own hand truck. They moved the breakable items by hand and used the hand truck for non-fragile items. They were extremely careful with what they were moving but still were able to get the job done quickly. I would highly recommend them.
