I tried to contact Buzzy Bee moving to refund accidental double payment when trying to add extra 18 minutes. The movers also broke a valuable small antique washstand breaking legs rolling down ramp instead of lifting it. I requested insurance info from company to get repaired. I have not gotten reply’s as to making this right. The movers were 2 young teenage boys. They were very polite and worked hard however did not read where boxes go and put most in wrong areas. I’m a senior and now most of my kitchen items are upstairs in bonus room and large boxes clearly written upstairs Master Bedroom in the lower floor. They were good workers but very inexperienced.

The busy bee team was great. They helped me move two 26 ft trucks on a hot summer day in Florida. The team was great at communicating and getting the job done. Dispatch was great and very helpful in working around my move schedule. Highly recommend the Busy Bee team!
