They were late, didn't contact me till day of, they didn't remove their shoes or try to protect my new floors, they broke 2 pieces of furniture, legs broke off, art van nice expensive, charged me 4 hrs, only here 3 and a half, the one smelled like booze, not cool, didn't seem to care about my things
