They did well but didn't listen to me when it came to ensure my boxes didn't fall during transit. Poorly stacked the boxes near the end of the job which cause my boxes to fall during the move

movers kept me informed to let me know they would try their best to arrive towards end of moving window even with delays having ubox prepped but forgot to text or call when leaving uhaul so did not have time to get my dogwalker prepped. 2 movers were professional, didnt damage walls and tried to get as much moved to service elevator using dolleys to make less trips. gave 4 stars bc my fragile art shifted in transit bc werent packed tightly enough. they were ready to go towards the end. lucky no damage. thankful they sold me a padlock to lock the ubox bc uhaul and moving company didnt tell me i needed one.
