I am writing to formally report property damage that occurred during a move coordinated through your platform. The movers I booked via UHaul caused significant damage to two items a 75 inch TV and a dresser. I’ve attached photos documenting the damage. I initially reached out to the moving company’s owner, who directed me back to UHaul for resolution. Since then, I’ve attempted multiple times to get in contact but have not received a response or guidance on how to proceed. Please advise on the next steps for filing a formal claim and what documentation you require to begin the dispute resolution process. I am seeking compensation for the damages and would like to ensure the matter is handled efficiently.
