Worst move ever. At first Austen was very accommodating then he was supposed to come back and finish the job.We gave him 1095.00 extra and never came back and did not refund our money.He scratched and dented our new stainless steel refrigerator. He broke our garage door.We complained to Uhaul and they will not help us. We are now going to have to s pend money to go ty o court. Austens excuse was he had his car repossessed. We never heard from him again even after trying contact him numerous times. Austen took advantage of a disabled lady.
