Awesome! This company is great. The 2 movers were friendly, professional, & courteous. They worked continually for the 2 hours they were hired for, which entailed constantly going up & down 4 flights of stairs!! The only breaks they took were a few water breaks. I will definitely hire them again for any moving needs.

They are so great and so nice people! It is my first time hire movers, and they actually had a great communication with me, for example, the day before moving they will message and email me to double check the time. They also arrived on time at the day. We requested unload and load services.They helped us carried all the heavy stuff. We got everything done in 2 hours. Thanks them so much! They did great job. I hired Onops very last minute, and appreciated their prompt communication. The movers were overall very nice. One, however, was on his phone often, which got old fast. This is a 2 hour job-can't it wait? I do think he tried to make sure it didn't slow him down, but it just shouldn't have happened. The things they were moving had just come from another house, where I had also hired movers. There was a major difference in the handling of the furniture, and I felt these movers were not as experienced. They seemed to be trying their best, which I appreciated. However, furniture got dinged (relatively minor) and they took a decent amount of time to sort out the best way to handle some of the work. Even with me chipping in, they still went over time. It may help to pair experienced with inexperienced movers next time around. Otherwise, we had a chance to chat afterward, and they were incredibly nice guys doing their best. With a bit more experience, they'll have a system down in no time.
