They guys that showed up were a bit late, about 15 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. The big deal issues I had with them were a few things. The loaders were unaware that a U-Haul truck had a built-in ramp. Furniture pads weren't being used, and items not packed properly. Additionally, I found an empty vodka mini bottle found in my backyard, and when I asked about it, they initially denied it was theirs, but within a minute - one of them admitted that it must have fallen from their back pocket. They damaged our king mattress by tearing a hole in it while loading, and a nightstand was destroyed. I made the mistake of tipping them $40 each near the beginning of loading in hopes I'd get a good job out of it. I didn't. Just a bad experience - they arrived slightly late, and I had to end up finishing the loading because they couldn't complete it on time. Just a bad experience.
