These guys were awesome. Kept me in the loop with the delay. For a two-person crew, they knew how to work the passenger elevator in my apartment here (the ones with screen doors). Living in a Chicago Apartment on the North Side; a converted hotel apartment. Brought up my stuff easy-peasy, helped them out of course with whatever I could've done. Overall, a huge relief to have them help me. I would totally recommend them again if I must.

There are not enough stars to rate William, his , daughter, and son. On time, efficient, and hard working. I did not rent enough U Box space and these three worked very hard to pack the box to it's maximum capacity. It would have been very easy for them to say sorry, can't do it. But they made it happen. Thank you.

William and his crew are professional, efficient, and pleasant. I appreciated William's excellent communication throughout the entire process. A few minutes after I booked his service, he reached out to me to inform me of what items I needed to get (e.g. lock and mattress cover) and what time to reserve the elevator. A few days before my move, there was an error with U-Haul's system. William reached out to me to make sure I did not change my reservation. Then, he sorted it out with U-Haul immediately. His communication helped create a stress-free experience for me. I would absolutely use his service again!
