Chris was great. My last move was from another state and those movers stacked everything to the ceiling so I got more in that time than this move. I should have prepared by taking more furniture apart. He was flexible with time going over. I did ask ahead of time if that was okay with their schedule and did not assume. Without Chris there though it wouldnt have gone as well. The furniture did get more dings on it so I advise getting lots of moving blankets to help out. If its a sentimental item, I would always suggest packing that if your own car no matter who helps you move.
