I appreciate that they arrived on time and got to working right away, but I feel like they didn’t Dress very professional, and I feel like they could have done better loading the truck and having an organized plan when it came to loading my items, there was tons of space left at the top that could have been filled with more of my belongings. They went ahead and filled it and suggested going ahead and taking it and unloading it and coming back for a second trip even though we didn’t have that much time limit so we had to extend two more hours because of that, and then we only got one more hour because the boss called and had to refund me back 1 hour. So again, I appreciate their punctuality’s They’re friendliness and their help but next time I would hope to be paired with people with more urgency due to it being paid by the hour and better organization when it comes to loading a U-Haul. Thanks. I

They were VERY communicative which was extremely helpful for me. They contacted me within 24 hours of my reservation and scheduled a time to be at the packing place. I will say there were a few moments during the move that some of the movement with my items was concerning (there ended up being a broken tote and a couple deep gashes in my wooden items from being packed). However they were able to get all of my items to the truck (even taking apart a few items) in a very timely fashion.
