I contracted this service through U-Haul website to help deliver 2 U-Boxes to my house. After waiting 2 days past the delivery date, they finally deliver the first box, left on my driveway still attached to the trailer. Apparently the U-Haul store only had one trailer to bring boxes back and forth to switch out boxes. The mover refused to bring the box back to the U-Haul to switch out and deliver the other box. After spending half a day calling U-Haul, talking to the U-Haul store, talking to moving help representatives, and texting the mover they made it very clear that they were not going to help me at all. I had to give up and rebook another service with a different company last minute at premium charge. They did not offer to refund me for a partial job competition. They advertised a service and only performed half the work. If I knew this I would have not gone with them in the first place. Do not book this service. This type of work constitutes fraud.
