This team showed up late and then tried to charge me two extra hours, and then when we did the math on our fingers together, they figured out that it was only 30 minutes more not two hours more although they were very nice. It does not make up for them trying to take an additional two hours, and they waited to tell me that two storage units would not be enough until after the U-Haul place closed, leaving to scramble to get another unit. Overall, very disappointed we’ve dealt with a team in the past who it only took two hours for the same amount of stuff to load the truck , actually was less than two hours. Seems like they really dragged their feet.
