This was a horrible experience in all phases of the process. I will never use moving help.com again. Just book movers on your own. The movers showed up too early. Then, to make matters worse, they were not experienced and were incredibly slow. I arrived at my destination with a broken 86inch TV. Movinghelp.com Serivce is non existent and all I was told was to contact the moving company directly. I did that, and they never responded. Next major issue. The mover told us there was an issue with the payment and that moving help would not approve the additional hours. They called my spouse and told them that I had agreed for them to use Venmo to pay for the move. They were paid via Venmo and then moving help sent them additional payment. When I tried to resolve this, again I was met with no reply from tiptop moving. I am highly disappointed by the services rendered by both movinghelp.com and tiptop moving. Please, save your self the massive trouble, and take my advise. DO NOT USE THEM!

Isaiah and company with TipTop Moving were simply outstanding! My wife and I needed help with delivering and unloading a UBox. TipTop Moving was able to schedule this job 2 days prior to the moving day (after initial plans with a different company fell through), even though our apartment in Dayton, OH is at the outer fringes of TipTop Moving's geographical range. Isaiah was highly responsive to several phone calls I made to him prior to the job. During the job, Isaiah and his helper exemplified top-tier professionalism. They were able to move our belongings from UBox to second-floor apartment in a breeze, in spite of a rough staircase leading to the apartment. All along, they were open to some nice small talk. My wife and I felt completely at ease during the unloading process. This was by far the best part of the UHaul UBox experience for my wife and I. We cannot recommend TipTop Moving enough!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I had another company call and cancel my job the afternoon prior to my move. This company picked up my job on very short notice. No words could ever thank them enough! Very professional, on time, quick, and careful. 100 percent would use them again. Absolutely wonderful job. Thank you so much!
