They showed up to the house without a dolly, created a long scratch on our floor, did not have the manpower to do the job and we had to repack the Uhaul after they left.

Was very efficient prior to unloading day with scheduling. However, during the process of moving into our apartment they scratched nearly every wall they went by with furniture. Broke a piece of the leg of a kitchen chair. And somehow managed to knock a hole in the wall carrying a small night table.
