The total time for move was 2 hours and 15 minutes. Do I get a refund for time? I paid for 3 hours. The main concern I have is that the ‘lead’ mover put 90 per cent of the work on his coworker. The coworker was great! The lead guy stayed on his phone a lot and actually was holding his phone in his right hand while holding my belongings. Amazing team. They texted me the night before and in the morning to confirm the time and location. They got the job done quickly and had a prompt, professional presence. My uncle is a senior citizen who just had back surgery and can't lift anything and we needed to move him out of his 1BR apartment. They finished pretty quickly with 3 movers. Will definitely book again.
