I appreciate the guys that came today. I tipped them but they were 30 minutes late and despite me letting them know I live a no smoking complex, they smoked anyway. So I may be getting a lease violation at my new apartment. Moving is stressful enough without movers that are doing things their own way.

The men were very professional and took great care wrapping my furniture and moving it. I had some large furniture to be moved upstairs and they communicated well as they moved it in a tight space. Excellent!

Hire them if you just need your stuff moved but don’t care what condition it arrives in. Paid them to load and unload. Three wood dressers were badly scratched, the finishing was scratched to the point of ruin on a brand new west elm entertainment center, and I feel bad complaining bc one of the guys was really helpful and probably a little to old to be a mover. Owner did give me a discount on the hours the crew spent waiting on me to get the truck and the drive time but it in no way makes up for the condition of my furniture. But alas, everything is still functional. The U-Haul experience was such a nightmare overall. In short, just pay for the professional movers if you have nice things. The end.

Larry was AMAZING to me. He helped me reschedule when my moving went wrong on my way home. He really took care of me, and I can’t thank him enough. His daughter and him are both so communicative, and Lil One who helped us move was telling me how I could fix things when he brought them in. Awesome people, will definitely use Larry in the future.
