This young man was professional and accommodating. Went above and beyond trying to get my sofa into my second floor apartment - 3 different avenues - all failed due to couch being too wide. He was wonderful - tried every angle possible even hoisting it up himself from ground to second floor porch.

While a little more expensive than some others on the UHaul site I was willing to pay extra hoping the service level was better and they didn’t disappoint. Movers were onsite early and worked quickly and effectively. Would hire again.
